works just fine , I think it even has more power than the original battery. The quality is just as good as the original battery.

I ordered one of these to replace the two other batteries I had for my SD450. One of those was a Canon battery, the other wasn't. They were both dead after two years and I needed to buy one for this now OLD camera that wasn't as ridiculously expensive as a new Canon batteries is. This is the perfect battery. The price is right, the performance is excellent and it arrived very quickly.
