Does not deliver

The initial shipment was as expected, but when we received the package we received the wrong adapter for the product we puchased. We have been very patient with him and the last email sent went 20 days with no response until I emailed him again. After trading several e-mails, the vendor has informed me that he sent it and I should contact USPS to try and track it down or ask my neighbors if they received it.
All we want is the correct adapter that should have been shipped originally. I understand mistakes happen but we are not receiving the correct product as promised.
It is not my job as a customer to track down or ask my neighbors if they have recieved my package, it should be delivered to my residence(Mail box, door, etc). Below is the date and product we purchased. I rate RedHotBuys a -1.

not what I ORDER!!!!
