can't afford this card... too risky!
so maybe it was my bad, buying a kingston card for the first time after reading somewhat mixed reviews... i thought maybe the bad ones were just the result of defective cards. guess i got one of those... i tested it, it worked fine; i took it to a wedding (shooting RAW on a canon 5D) and it shot fine for about an hour - i had no problems with the speed - then all of a sudden started telling me the card was not formatted. yikes!
in the end, the files were all there, but i'm not touching the card again... can't afford to have that happen to me at a wedding. going back to sandisk... i know any card can go bad, but solidity of reputation counts for something!

Works...kinda
This card works in my Canon 5D just fine. Formats and read/write speeds are what I expected. Where this card does not work is in any card reader. I've tried a SanDisk, Digital, and the Kingston reader, in all cases my PC locks up for a while and then says the card needs to be formatted. Attempting to format the card results in the PC saying "Insert Media" after 10 minutes or more.
To download images from my 5D, I have to use the Canon camera utility and USB cable to the camera's I/O port.
From other reviews, it seems like there are bad sectors on these cards, which is why they are so inexpensive...but also leads to minor issues in the best case, and major issues such as image loss in the worst case.

Works Great.
Not much to review here. It is an 8GB card that I use in a Olympus E-3. Works fine.. faster than the cheap stuff, slower than udma cards.

Slow card
This might be a good card for some but for me its very slow. It takes a long time for the pictures to load from the camera to the card. If speed is a factor do not buy.
