Jabra speakerphone is a good choice for hands free calling.
The Jabra Sp5050 speakerphone was received promptly, setup and
test was smooth. Using the voice command feature of my cellphone,
I can make calls as needed. Connecting to incoming calls is easy
and allows hands free operation while I am driving my car.
I recommend this product.

Receiving calls difficult
To receive a call you are suppose to just tap the unit. However the tap does not always register. The speaker itself is very good, but I cannot recommend this product.

Thumbs up to the Jabra SP5050 BT Speakerphone
I bought the Jabra SP5050 BT Speakerphone because of the impending driving laws in California, and I dont want to always be driving with an earphone on. Once I got it programmed to my phone, it worked great, both in the car, and around the house. Easy volume controls. Would highly recommend for the truly "hands free" experience while driving.

Can you hear me now?
I just returned this product after a month of use. If the caller was using a land line I couldn't hear them very well. Even after turning up the volume. Which is another thing...there is no visual volume indicator just a beeping noise. So I couldn't tell if I was at the max volume level. To hear callers using land lines I needed to turn off the radio and focus on what they were saying. Worked well when I was parked and the engine was off but that did me no good.

What is VPA
I orderd the SP5050 with the VPA option, by mistake and it appears to be the same product as the SP5050. I've called both the seller and Jabra, and neither have any idea what VPA is, did I get ripped off?
