It Works

(5 out of 5) by JFK on Jul 1, 2008 (Paradise Valley, AZ USA)
Wear it around your neck and see your shot perfectly, every time & in every light, using any Digital SLR (mine's a Canon 5D). Indispensable!

Good product

This loupe for digital cameras is perfect for outdoor photos where direct sunlight dificults the view of the back panel digital.

Great for instant reviewing

The loupe is good for field work; I can quickly look at my photos and make decisions about setting up shots. It doesn't provide a large viewing screen, but it's enough. Well worth the money.

Poor Quality

(2 out of 5) by D. Wilcox on May 5, 2008 (Baltimore MD)
The only reason this item costs over $50 is because there is nothing else! It is made out of cheap plastic. You can carry this item around your neck with another piece of cheap plactic. It does not magnify. It should have cost $20. I gave it 2 stars because there is nothing else that I can buy to see my LCD in the sun. I still can't see well enough to tell if my subjects eyes are closed. At least I can see something. What can you do? Whoever makes a good one will make great money!

Great product

(5 out of 5) by Devina M. Salt on Jul 17, 2007 (St Louis, Missouri USA)
This works great on my Sony camcorder that does not have a viewfinder and was impossible to use in bright sunlight with just an LCD screen. A couple of strips of velcro and I can now film radio control jets in sunlight without any problem. It is just a shame that Sony do not make one designed for their products. Or thought twice before they took the viewfinder off.
