I couldn't get a screw with a black rubber thing on on one of the back panels (have tried both holes), either. And besides, it's 4 flat/lock washers short so I called Bush Furniture and they will send out the parts to me (4-5 days). Will see if they send the right parts and whether it will work this time.
Over all, it's not a bad stand considering the price. Amazon has a much better price than BestBuy.

nice but overpriced

Question about Stand
