Great value

Warranty issues
(1 out of 5) by Loran J. Wappes on Feb 15, 2008I purchased a Viewsonic 20-inch display. It developed a line of burnt out LCDs. I brought it back to my reseller, and it was returned to Viewsonic for repair/replacement. It has been 2 months, and I haven't seen it yet. Calls to customer service result in 2-hour waits. I would strongly recommend against Viewsonic products.
