I bought the Klipsch iGroove SXT for my wife and her 2nd generation 2gb ipod. She has it on the kitchen counter, and the sound fills the room. Sound is crystal clear and very real. Terrific sound for such a small unit. Needless to say she loves this thing.

They have the same speaker as the first igroove system with a little bit smaller of a tweeter, which doesn't make a detectable difference if you look at their specs. Plus this one has an s-video connection and it is smaller than the enormous original. It looks better and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb so goes nicely in your space. The sound is better than the Bose in my opinion. The only problem I see is that approximately <5% of your songs with heavy base will have distortion at high++ volumes. The Bose might be only slightly louder but the quality and range of the audio is inferior.
