Works as advertised

(5 out of 5) by Mom in Indiana on Nov 2, 2009 (Carmel, IN United States)After misplacing the Canon battery charger that came with my Rebel Xti, I was resistant to spending the $40 it would have taken to replace the name brand charger. I'm so glad I took a chance on this charger instead. The battery life after the charges appears to be just as good as the original charger, and I can charge the battery in a car now too. The only possible con I would mention is that the charger is thicker and may not fit as well into the space you reserved in your bag for the Canon version (if indeed you are replacing one). That said the charger is lighter than the Canon and therefore, in my opinion, even better.
