This product is listed as a battery charger for the Sony NP-FH series battery. The one sent to me by BargainCell was for a Canon BP2L, an entirely different style battery with charging elements placed on the sides not in the center of the battery's front edge as on the Sony. Seller refused to return. I had to file a complaint with Amazon.

I would expect this type of bait-and-switch followed by poor customer service from eBay, but this is Amazon. eBay is quickly tanking, I hope Amazon doesn't take in all of eBay's hustler-sellers.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH BARGAIN CELL FOR THIS ITEM.

Watch what you buy. The automobile portion is ONLY for slected battery models not all. If you have a Sony fh50 or higher batt it will not charge in the car.

Purchased the charger from Nextop2100, arrived 6 days earlier than expected at a great price. The charger is not manufactured by Sony, but fits and works great with my Sony Camcorder batteries, ideal for when traveling with the included car adapter, and for while in Europe with the included plug and 110v-240v charger.

I just needed a simple battery charger. This device does the job. My only advice is do not leave the battery attached to the charger if not plugged in, otherwise it will drain all of it's charge. Plus, it is much cheaper than buying the official SONY device.

Product shipped quickly, exactly as ordered. Actually was a Targus brand which is generally high quality. Nice and small, easy to carry.
