Wow! Just junk!

to rceiving my hda35. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING IT WAS A piece
of junk. It would freeze, the audio and video were out of sync,
and after 38 attempts I could not get the firmware upgrade to
download. Amazon sent me another unit, but it was even worse than the first! What the hell is going on?! Why can't Toshiba make a product
that works? Am I in hell? Fix this thing, or just declare backruptcy.

HD-A35 DOA
(1 out of 5) by J. Bish on Dec 24, 2007 (Houston, TX USA)I ordered the HD-A35 in October as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box and power the player up before I wrapped it. The player was completely dead. The standby light would not come on when the player was pluged in to power. Since I purchased the player more than 30 days ago, Amazon would not do a return. I've learned my lesson.

Poor Cancellation Policy

Osteen on Feb 17, 2008I believe it is a bad policy when within thirty minutes you go back into your account and try to cancel an item that you just ordered and or unable to do so. You have to wait on it to arrive just so you can turn it around and ship it back poor business in my opinion.
Over all I have always enjoyed dealing with Amazon but that for sure put a bad taste in my mouth and will make me think twice before using your service again.

DO NOT BUY
