Amazing Video Card

Sep 10, 2007 - By Darth Nihilus

I'm very pleased with this card, it is a amazing video card for gamers, and 3d modelers too!!. Its performance is much better that any other video card that I tested this year. Until now I used with this card video demanding games like Half Life 2, Supreme Commander, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, CNC3, Hitman Blood Money, FEAR, Jade Empire, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2007, Flight Simulator X, Star Wars Empire at Wars, Star Wars Republic Commando, Star Wars Battlefront II, and every old games that I have at max video setting without problems. Also try 3d modelers programs like LightWave 3D 9, and it work nicely too... what else can I said??...its cooling system is very silent...for these price it is the better option... umm !!! some games detect the memory in this card as 1024!!!! I'm very happy!

Great Video Card For Dual Monitor Setup

Sep 25, 2007 - By Brandon Hoffman (Suffern, NY)

The HIS 2600Pro is as physically attractive as functionally attractive. This is a huge video card which takes up two back slots, has 512mb of memory and its own cooling system. The dual DVI setup allows you to hook up 2 monitors and have them work as one huge screen with the ability to drag things and decide which screen you would like to display them on. The 512mb of memory allows you to power two HUGE monitors. I personally have (2) 22" Acer widescreens hooked to it and the video card is performing flawlessly. My only tip is to ensure your case has enough room to accommodate such a huge card. Although this video card seems to be marketed towards gamers, I am not one and highly recommend this video card.
