Does not work well with laptops

As with a similar review on this product, it only provided power for about 30 minutes, if that. I have no desire to keep this item. 30 minutes is not helpful, it advertised 9 hours, I would have been happy with 2 hours.

Defective

Made the mistake of throwing away the receipt and packaging before I confirmed it worked. Extremely hard to get the "charge up" lights to light up - requires extensive jiggling of the cord. The device does not run my laptop at all - works for only a second or two and then shuts off when plugged in.
