works great

(5 out of 5) by Jiri Novak on May 2, 2009 (San Francisco, CA)
I tried it with a lot of devices and works great !! I just wish the blue light would not be so bright.

works with

iPhone 3G
iPod Video 60GB
Motorola Razr 2 (you need microUSB-to-miniUSB cable)
Blackberry 8700
Garmin 265T/275T GPS

small note: the USB cable which was included is only charging cable, you cannot use it as a data cable (not a big deal for me)

Charges all my Apple products

I bought this to charge all our iPods, iTouch, and iPhones during our trip to Europe. This was the only charging device I brought along, and it worked great. 120v, 220v no problem. Don't hesitate, I still use today. It allows charging of two devices at the same time. Blue light is bright but doesn't bother me.

Works fine.

No complaints. Good product for the money. I like that this charger will charge any USB device, because I have several, each of which came with its own charger. The charger comes with a standard USB cable and an IPOD cable. As one reviewer noted, the cable doesn't work with the IPOD touch 2G. But, the charger will charge an IPOD 2G, if you use an IPOD 2G cable (available on Amazon for under $8).

It gets the job done

I had to replace my old ipod Charger due to the USB breaking.

I was very cautious since I had my other one forever. After some research, I settled on this unit.

It works just as great (if not better) than my previous unit because it also can do USB charging for my Blackberry.

I mainly use it in the office for my iPod but it's worked great for travelling as well.

Charges 5th Gen Ipod and Nano 4th ok, BUT ..........

Bought to be able to charge two Ipods simultaneously (a 5th gen Ipod Video and a 4th gen Nano). I leave my Ipod Video constantly plugged in and often use it for watching video through my TV. When plugged into this charger, a slight "snow" interference is created in the video picture. I have other chargers that don't cause this snow. If you plan to only use for charging, this one is ok and provides a lower charge rate than 1000ma units, which is better for longer battery life. The bright blue light doesn't bother me. If it bothers you, just put a piece of tape over it.
