This product is easy to use, the sound is fine, buttons and functions are exellent. It's pretty and even a bit of glamour in it. If I had to say one bad thing it's the headphones. (or earphones) they are designed to adult, but not too bad, Besides we bought the jam stand also and then you don't need the plugs.

I bought this for my 5 year old who LOVES music. Music is easy to put on here and so are pictures, but video is hard to figure out. Once you do, it's smooth sailing. The picture and sound quality is great. Very kid friendly to use, my daughter easily navigates between pictures, music, and video.

I bought this a year ago for my daughter and it is still going strong. Decided to add video to it this year for her. I spent hours working on it. Finally was able to put video's on with Magic DVD ripper. It converts the DVD directly to Mix Max format. My daughter loves to watch movies in the car with this and it saved me from having to buy her a portable DVD player!

I bought this for my daughter's birthday at a great price. Here I was this past weekend downloading songs into the mp3 player and it suddenly frooze and would not work. It is now a useless blinking screen. I have asked for a replacement and I will see when the new replacement comes in. If I at 38 have problems with this MP3 player imagine what a child would have ar far as problems. I am very disappointed and sad. It worked fine for a short while.

I bought this for my nieces birthday, she loved this and could not wait to play with it, I was so happy, it was not on her birthday wish list, but, she loves tinkerbell and was excited to have it.
