If I had to say one bad thing it's the headphones. (or earphones) they are designed to adult, but not too bad, Besides we bought the jam stand also and then you don't need the plugs.

Once you do, it's smooth sailing. The picture and sound quality is great. Very kid friendly to use, my daughter easily navigates between pictures, music, and video.

I spent hours working on it. Finally was able to put video's on with Magic DVD ripper. It converts the DVD directly to Mix Max format. My daughter loves to watch movies in the car with this and it saved me from having to buy her a portable DVD player!
