When using your finger you have to put it just right above the song and then double click. So if finger is not in right spot it will never double click. We downloaded some videos and they would never play. My son was very disappointed in this product. Not recommend

Question Regarding video games

Horrible product. Even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

It is sold as a 4 gig but when you actually take it out of the box it's 3 gigs. A phone call to the seller confirmed that we would NOT be able to return the product, and that we would have to forward all complaints to some nameless, unknown manufacturer in Japan. Let's not forget the fact that the thing doesn't even the video capability that is touted here on amazon. Long story short, the headphone jack simply FELL OUT of the device after 3 weeks. Sometimes cheaper is not always better. Next time I'll cough up the next 75 bucks and get an i-youknowwhat.
