Most Helpful First | Newest First | + ShareQuestion Regarding video games
This is actually a question. We ordered the Pro Ebiz 4 GB Video MP3/MP4 Player for our son and he wants to download games on to it. Can this be done and if so where?
Horrible product. Even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
What can say about this horrible product? It lasted less than a month. It is sold as a 4 gig but when you actually take it out of the box it's 3 gigs. A phone call to the seller confirmed that we would NOT be able to return the product, and that we would have to forward all complaints to some nameless, unknown manufacturer in Japan. Let's not forget the fact that the thing doesn't even the video capability that is touted here on amazon. Long story short, the headphone jack simply FELL OUT of the device after 3 weeks. Sometimes cheaper is not always better. Next time I'll cough up the next 75 bucks and get an i-youknowwhat.

POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE
I PURCHASED THIS NOT EXPECTING GREAT THINGS. SOUND QUALITY IS FINE. VERY HARD TO GET VIDEO TO WORK. AFTER 3 DAYS, MY HEADPHONE JACK STARTED TO MALFUNCTION. I CANTACTED EBIZ AND THEY WANTED ME TO SEND IT BACK TO GET FIXED. I WAS HOPING AFTER 3 DAYS OF OWNERSHIP, THEY WOULD JUST EXCANGE IT FOR ME, APPARENTLY NOT. I WOULD LIKE TO THINK ANY REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF INCONVENIENCING THEM BY SEND A 3 DAY OLD ITEM TO GET FIXED AND THEN WAITING FOR IT TO BE SENT BACK. I HAVEN'T USED IT SINCE. POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm sending it back
I was very excited when I got this for Christmas. I picked it out from the zillon mp3's available. Advertised as a ipod knock-off, it definately IS! I do like the touch screen. The navigation is difficult because most of the time the buttons won't function as they should.I haven't been able to figure out how to get it to play a list of songs, only one at a time, then I have to tell it to play the next one. I can only view a portion of the photos I have put on it. I'm just very frustrated with it. The camera takes fair pictures but there is no way to ge4t out of the camera mode once you start except to turn the whole thing off. Like I said, I'm sending it back. I'll get an Mp3 player with less bells and whistles. All I need is music and photos.

Worked good for the first day, then broke
Do not waste your time or money, just get a more expensive one that won't break in the first day. It broke within the first day. I recommend Sansa or Phillips. It has much better quality and still at an affordable price.
