Great Price and Seller

(5 out of 5) by Gienster on Aug 8, 2008 (Jonestown, PA)
This mp3/mp4 player is great! It does everything it is supposed to do very well and the price is unbeatable! Plus, Pro_eb is great at getting the product to you ASAP. I recieved my player in great condition (from Boise, Idaho to PA) in only three business days. before i bought this item i read some reviews about it having the wrong updates to download some types of videos. As soon as i ordered it i got an email with a free download of the recent updates. Overall this is a great and affordable player and i highly recommend it!

Awesome MP4 Player, Doesnt Break Right Away!

(5 out of 5) by Eric Tuttle on Jul 17, 2008 (Tempe, AZ)
First of all I dont see why everybody is giving bad reviews. You have to be careful with the player but it doesn't break when you touch it. This player is fantastic, It is 1/6 the price of an ipod touch so you have to start out with at least a little lower expectations, but really this player is great at what it is made to do. Which is play music, play videos, and show photos.

Music is so easy to transfer, but their is not orginization if you just drag and drop. I solved this easily, by making folders with A-Z and puting songs in these folders. It sounds great, and has EQ.

Video play great, the sound and picture play great at high quality. Their is a problem with the converter, but can be easily fixed by copy and pasting a file into the avi converter file. This file can be found in the description of this video, ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ep6p0QG4nKU ).

Photos are standard which is good, it can show many photo format.

Touch Screen can take a little bit to get used to, just a day or two, but other than that it is not bad(it's actually good.) not only for a player this cheap but for any touch screen.

Overall this Player is great for me, I wanted something that could play music and videos well, Touch Screen because its cool, and something that had expandable memory so I could keep multiple movies and all my music with me, I am getting a couple mini sd cards. WiFi is a very cool feature but honestly I would not use it that much and I don't think it is worth $240 more. This player is great and also comes it FM radio.

Awesome player for the price

(4 out of 5) by Mary Mosholder on Dec 15, 2008 (Savannah GA)
The music sounds awesome. The touch screen fubctionality is cool. The radio picks up the stations well. Easy loading from pc (basically works like a thumb drive). Also has a slot for more memory. The video player and recorder will be used like crazy by my son. The only fall back was the game that came on the player does not use the touch capability. I serched for other touch games on the internet and I could not find any. regular button games work though. My son wanted an i-pod touch, and this product will deliver the same functions (except touch games) at a way lower price (like $150 cheaper)

It's an OK little player

(3 out of 5) by homeboy on Aug 23, 2008 (Oakland, CA, USA)
I bought this for the features, combination of screen size to compactness (not too small or too big), and price. Everything works. The only thing I find annoying and almost smashed on the ground, is it's responsiveness. I press on a function, like next track or volume up, it takes a few seconds to register or I have to press the button multiple times (both the screen and on the player, but the player works better).

The main feature that I wanted was MP4. I'm pretty happy with the quality. I'm not happy with the software to convert video to the player. I'm new to video ripping and I haven't been able to get a rip where the video is synched up with the audio or if the A/V is synched, the video isn't smooth. I don't think this has anything to do with the player, but a frustrating process. I pretty much have given up on ripping/converting my DVD collection.

A few other annoying features/featurelessness: it doesn't show album art (wasted screen space) and there's no playlist feature. I haven't looked for any firmware updates.

All in all, I think this player is a great value.

PERFECT FOR KIDS

(5 out of 5) by CoolMom on Dec 18, 2008 (Chattanooga, TN)
This has a lot of the IPOD Touch features, for a GREAT PRICE. No fear of parental controls for wifi, as there is none, but can watch movies, view pictures, and listen to preloaded music, and even the radio. My kids LOVE the touch screen!
I haven't had any problems! You can contact the manufacturer for the converter software, and even download a GREAT PDF manual, not like the one that came with it, with all the info you need to get up to speed. Anyone who sees it can't believe how little it cost. I recommend for anyone!!
