I got this camera as an early Christmas present. It is the easiest camera that I have ever owned! It takes awesome pictures! Plus, not having the flash pop up all the time is a great feature. You determine if you want a flash or not. My dog appreciates that! It is a nice weight and easy to hold while taking pictures. I based my purchase on a lot of positive reviews on the internet and am very happy that I got this camera. It is a good camera if you cannot justify the price of an SLR. I like that the camera uses AA batteries and not some special type, high-price battery that isn't always easy to find. Another nice feature is that it accepts many different types of memory cards. I also would suggest using the new Eneloop batteries, instead of the regular AA batteries. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone!
