Gobs of Batteries for Just Pennies

(5 out of 5) by John Larson on Nov 1, 2009 (Beaverton, OR, USA)
You gotta get some of them, today!

When the grandkids' talking books and mini-electronic toys begin to wind down, (We have used some for generations!), it is a shame to toss them because they take 4 of the little batteries @ $2.50 each from the local big-guy store. I was elated to find this selection for such a good price -- but also, a bit skeptical. After all, they are not your typical TV-advertised brands...

However, when the well-packaged bundle of 50 batteries arrived shortly after ordering them, I was hooked. These are quality batteries for pennies on the dollar. You get 5 Blister-packs of 10 batteries each. The batteries push through the backing for easy access. I am well-satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent deal on LR44 batteries used in all kinds of stuff including a pen laser pointer, and the inexpensive multicolor handheld flashing light wands.

I can not attest to the longevity of these batteries yet, but the price was excellent. Battery constuction looks solid.

Bait and Switch

(1 out of 5) by John R. Davis on Jan 16, 2009 (Williamsville, New York USA)
The original ad featured energizer brand batteries. However, they used the "bait and switch" tactic to ship a brand from China not the Energizer as pictured in original ad. This is very sad, if they wanted to sell batteries from China at a reduced cost they should have marketed them that way and I wouldn't have purchased. I am going to return the batteries its not worth the savings to be lied too.
