Bait and Switch

(1 out of 5) by John R. Davis on Jan 16, 2009 (Williamsville, New York USA)
The original ad featured energizer brand batteries. However, they used the "bait and switch" tactic to ship a brand from China not the Energizer as pictured in original ad. This is very sad, if they wanted to sell batteries from China at a reduced cost they should have marketed them that way and I wouldn't have purchased. I am going to return the batteries its not worth the savings to be lied too.

No explosions yet

(4 out of 5) by Mark Hambly on Jan 12, 2009 (New York, NY)
I have a condenser microphone that always tends to get left on after use. Buying 50 of these was cheaper than a pack of 3 name brand.

It's a battery. It works. It dies, I put a new one in.. no big deal.. I have 49 more.

No idea how battery life compares, but for the price, I am hardly concerned.

Wow, they got here fast!

(5 out of 5) by J. Kirkpatrick on May 28, 2008 (Huntington Beach, CA)
The price was right and they arrived before expected. Only time will tell if they have enough juice! I use them in LED lighted acrylic wine glasses for evening concerts at the Hollywood Bowl. Each glass requires 3 batteries. Everybody that see the glasses, wants them. I can review the life of these batteries better in Sept. when the concert season is over.

purchase was misleading

(2 out of 5) by G. Hertz on Dec 24, 2008
this purchase was misleading - it appears the batteries are energizer brand from the picture, but in reality they are "tian qiu" or something, accompanied by an energizer booklet.
I will have to see how well these batteries last to know if it was a worthwhile purchase.
