ok sound for travelling

(3 out of 5) by J Lamar on Oct 24, 2008 (Philadelphia)
couldn't get the sound to work via bluetooth even though my phone has the BT stereo so i have to get an adapter to just plug it in (i thought . pretty good sound for the size, perfect for a hotel room or beach when travelling. does seem to "buzz" @ the higher volumes. but over ok for the price.

Very weak speaker

(2 out of 5) by Kevin R. Smith on Oct 22, 2008 (Upstate SC, USA)
I have other Altec Lansing speakers in this product class. I use this at my desk at work, but it's not good for much else. The sound is even too weak for use on the deck while grilling. The included B.T. headset adaptor works OK, but is not great. I wouldn't pay over $25 for this

Very Handy for Music

(4 out of 5) by Rory on Aug 9, 2008 (Los Angeles, CA)
Got these speakers to connect via bluetooth to my phone so I could play music in my hotel room when I travel. Works great. Plenty loud for a hotel room or when traveling. No amazing bass, but it gets the job done. Never used it for making phone calls or anything other than playing music so I can't comment on any of that.
It's great that they can be battery powered too.

A little distortion but good sound, I paired with my SE K790a and it works fine.
