Looked at this on display and was not impressed IN 3 DIFFERENT STORES. Read the reviews and bought one anyway at a great price. What can I say "the displays at stores are worthless" make your own judgement on this item. This TV rocks and is good as my Sony and Sharp LCDs and maybe better.

I've been putting off buying an HDTV for months now, mainly because of money. But recently I had enough so I decided to purchase this one. I looked at so many different flat-panels and the one thing that bugged me the most is that some of them have the grainy pictures. This tv however is crystal clear, and the contrast ratio is superb! I use it mainly for gaming with my Xbox 360 and I must say the sound and picture quality is excellent. One thing that kinda bummed me was that there was no VGA port on the back to hook my laptop up to. But that is easily settled with a DVI to HDMI cable which costs less than $20. The mounting stand provided has 6 rubber feet and is very stable, and allows you to swivel the tv about 15 degrees to the right or left. The different array of inputs was also impressive. With, 2 component/composite inputs, 2 HDMI inputs, and a composite and s-video and usb inputs on the side, you can hook up a lot of electronics to this tv! Another minor issue was that there was no composite R/L audio outputs to hook it up to my stereo. It only has a digital audio output so you need a digital audio reciever. Overall however I must say that tv has exceeded my expectations and is one of the best investments I've ever made.
