I bought this plotter about two month ago since then if it has work properly for two weeks is a lot. To begging with it came with the cutter defective it took HP about a two weeks to have a new cutter send to the technician that was fixing the plotter. When I finally got my cutter working properly the car in which the cutter runs was not working properly. The technician requested info from HP and never got and answers back. I had to call personally HP to see what was going on and was told I was going to be contacted by the person that was taking care of my case never got that call back. HP send a different technician to my request since the first one I understood didn't really care if my plotter wasn't working properly or. To my surprise when the second one came and start checking the plotter "for something that had nothing to with the cutter" something went wrong and the plotter stop plotting with a message that there is a paper jam when there was no jam at all. Now I have a $6,500.00 piece of plastic that what it does for me is take space in my office since it doesn't work and have no idea when it will work again. And to top things off I am losing money because I can print anything that I produce. HP doesn't not stand for what it claims when it comes to customer satisfaction and equipment warranty. As far as I am concern all what they want is sell you whatever they have and then is up to you to deal with whatever problem the equipment may have.
