Good clock, great value, not RED

(4 out of 5) by James R. Allen on May 31, 2009 (Ohio, USA)
This clock is simple, no frills, and has very large numbers. I can easily read it from across the room when I first wake up and EVERYTHING is blurry. It's best feature is that the numbers aren't red. A personal preference.

I don't use the alarm at all, so I can't comment on that.

My only problem with the clock is that the description says "adjustable brightness", which I interpreted to be a dial I could adjust to just the perfect brightness. It's actually a switch for High and Low. Low is still just a little too bright for me, but then I put electrical tape over the power indicator lights of everything else in the bedroom because I like it dark when I sleep.

Nice Clock, but better to get the Red LED version

(3 out of 5) by N. Kumarasamy on May 14, 2009 (Kendall Park, NJ USA)
The clock works great and the large LED display is fantastic, especially if your vision is not all that great. However, for the same price you can get the red LED version of the clock that comes with all the same features PLUS the "Set and Forget Technology" that automatically displays the time.

A very nice digital clock. Nice big numerals.

(5 out of 5) by John Riggins on Mar 11, 2009 (Mi. USA)
I really like this clock. Nice big numerals and well lit. Never tried the alarm yet, but what do you expect when your retired. So far I really like it and also I love the green numerals. Money well spent A+

Worked great - for about a month...

(1 out of 5) by L. Noyes on Oct 5, 2008 (Maine, USA)
...and as of today, only the dots between the numbers work. The number LEDs are completely gone. The best part is, even though it has a 1-year warranty, it costs more to ship it back and forth for repairs than it's worth. So if you're looking for a disposable clock, this one is great. If you want one that lasts, look elsewhere.

Great Product

(5 out of 5) by Vancie J. Floyd on Jun 9, 2008 (Austin, Texas)
I love this clock because the numbers are large enough for me to see without my glasses and the green numbers do not cause eye strain when I look at them in the dark. I Love it.
