I don't know if it was the factory or the shipping that did it,
but one of the numbers was not working. I'm sending it back for another.

I like this clock because the digits are large and bright. Most clocks like this give off too much light; somehow this one doesn't do that. The room stays dark, yet I can see the time easily. So far, so good.

If you want a very easy to read bedroom clock with easy to set time and alarm, with battery back-up, at a fair price this is a great deal. No.... it doesn't have remote control or dual alarms or remember your alarm if you don't set it. It does not feel heavy or expensive and it is made of grade A, #1 cheap plastic-- but it performs well. I bought 10 for use in my Inn, because I need something simple to set that will keep the time if the juice goes out for a micro-second. AND, will not assume you want to wake up at 6am every day for the rest of all time, just because you set it once!

I was using a green led clock, but was having difficulty reading the numbers during the night. I wanted another clock that had green display
instead of red and one that was large enough to read in the dark. This clock fits the bill. It is very user friendly and easy to read. One feature that I like about it is, that you can leave the alarm switch on.
When the alarm is activated, you just push one button to silence the alarm, (not to be confused with snooze). This means the next night I don't have to assure that the alarm is on. It's there and ready.
For it's display, friendliness & price, this clock can't be beat.

Really like the clock, very easy to set up and easy on the eyes at night but wish it could set itself automatically to daylight savings time. Battery back up works like a charm. Highly recommend.
