terrible product

(1 out of 5) by Denis Karamyshev on Jul 21, 2009
Nothing in this clock works properly; it doesn't even function as a clock well. It has never received the WWDC signal even though it sits on the window sill in my apartment where even my Casio watch would receive the signal. Due to this the time is never correct and drifts by about 15mins every month. Also, if the alarm is set to a time that the clock decides it's going to try to catch a signal; the alarm will not go off. I actually have to set the alarm on my iphone to wake me up if this clock decides to not go off (This happened on many occasions). The option to have 2 alarms that can be set for weekdays only is quite useful except that the control scheme to set them is very finicky and unintuitive. Also I found it hard to differentiate the snooze button from the stop button when it rings in the morning. Even the temperature sensors aren't calibrated (Their precision is like +/-6 degrees), and the outdoor sensor ran out of battery very quickly. In short, it did not come close to my low expectations for it

Clock

(2 out of 5) by Daniel V. Anquetil on Jul 4, 2009 (Claremore, OK United States)
I had to have it replaced under warranty within 6 months and then soon after warranty expired so did the clock. I DO NOT recommend this clock or the company. They were very rude and hard to deal with

Coby CR-A149 Digital AM/FM Alarm Atomic Radio

(3 out of 5) by Raymond L. Makar on Sep 20, 2008 (oklahoma city)
I love everything about the radio except one thing, the back drop light is too bright. The back drop light lights the whole room up. Its hard to get too sleep with that bright of a light.

Perfect second time around

The first one shipped to me did not work. The remote temperature sensor must have been defective. But when I called the manufacturer they were professional, courteous and anxious to satisfy. They emailed me a link to a return label, and I received the new one in a very short time. It works perfectly and I would purchase from them again.

Neat projection - radio reception is not very good

(3 out of 5) by Kellee Christensen on Jan 20, 2008 (East Lansing, MI USA)
The projection features, in/outside temperature, atomic clock and dual alarms are nice...but if you are use to waking up to a radio show like NPR Morning Edition, be prepared to be disappointed in the reception and sound quality. All stations are grainy, fuzzy and tinny on the radio portion of this alarm clock.
