works great, looks great

Yeah, OK, you are looking at this bag because it is one of the very few 17 inch laptop bags with color and style. The tan and brown (latte and chocolate, excuse me) actually is quiet and sophisticated against a business suit. Do I have to haul around a black bag that looks like a spare tire? Nyet. The inside is bright orange, which seems weird until the first time you go digging for stuff and realize it is bright inside there and you can actually find the junk in the bottom.

And it is functional.

When I haul around over 1500 bucks of computer, I want a bag that will protect it and the necessary paraphernalia. I do NOT want to carry another bag just for my business papers. The Lowepro bag will hold a full 17 inch screen without squeezing it in, the power brick, two thick computer books, a notebook, mouse, other junk, and (sigh) spare glasses. Various pockets are lined with flannel-like material to protect the surfaces of small devices. Feels like quality.

Other bags have open spocket for airline tickets. The Lowepro zips shut thank heavens. Everything is held securely and hidden from casual eyes, and even buckles are concealed so they do not catch on projections. Very well planned out, like the dozens of other bags Lowepro makes for professional photographers. Very glad I got it.

Best Bag found for a 17" laptop

I love my bag, fits great. Tons of space and compartments for all my computer "stuff" and then my "stuff." I only wish the colors were more true to the pic. Not as light of a color as I would have liked.

Best bag I've ever had for my "17

Quick review here. So far I love this bag. A pocket big enough for the laptop, plenty of padding and a great look.
