Boom goes the Dynamite

It completely fills our living room which is 20'X 20', however, please take the time to adjust the sub once you get it setup. Once you take the time to get everything right, this sub will hit hard, tight, and even rumble the walls.
I've done my best to "torture test" this unit. I have watched 300, The Dark Knight, and Iron Man all on Blu-Ray with the uncompressed audio tracks and this sub performs beautifully. I've also watched a few concert dvds and listened to a lot of music ranging from classical to rap and again, this sub handles it all with ease...never getting muddy or boomy.
I am very, very impressed with this subwoofer and I highly recommend it. Don't let the sony name scare you away and take a little time to get this beast customized for your room and I promise you will not be dissappointed!

Watch out ,the walls will shake
(5 out of 5) by Mercedes Thorp on Mar 17, 2009 (pensacola,fl)We needed to buy a new system for our new 52 in sony bravia,as our old surround system could not be hooked up to the new receiver we bought,as the wire connect was not adaptable to it.We used our old speakers that are in the walls but the sub woofer would not work.So we checked this out on Amazon,and purchased it.WHAAW!! CAN'T PUT IT UP TO ITS HIGHEST LEVEL AS i'M AFRAID THE PICTURES WILL FALL. WHO needs to go to the movies, any more, Amazon hooked us up.Saving's on the price of popcorn and soda and movie tickets, will pay for itself in less than a year.Oh,that also includes, the 52 in sony bravia,the blue ray and receiver we bought.Great buy.Can't beat Amazon prices!!
excellent 'little' sub

good enough for my apartment

I hate the power saving mode clicks so I turned that off. Overall a great addition to my home theater (Samsung 61" DLP 1080p with my Sony A/V receiver and Sony speakers).
