Slower then advertised but still very fast
(5 out of 5) by Sergey Yakovlev on Jul 3, 2008 (Bayonne, NJ)I just got the card yesterday and measured the transfer speed. The writing speed of this card is 13 M/s and reading speed is 19.5 M/s. While the writing is much slower than advertised it is still very good. My camera (Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5K 9MP) can take continuously pictures in half a second each with this card. I am happy with this purchase so far.
Panasonic SD worth the price

I looked at other less expensive cards, but other reviews seemed to point to the Panasonic for excellent reliability and speed. I shot hundreds of pictures in Europe and had not problems at all. Read time appeared to be very fast, although I did not shoot long, continuous streams of pictures. I think it was worth the few dollars extra for peace of mind.
Card works well.
