Terrible Sound

I purchased them new via an online auction house because the price was reasonable and they looked great. They do indeed look spectacular, but they sound FAR worse than the ones that came with my cheap Samsung HTIB system (which these were supposed to replace).
I rated 2 stars because if you are nearly deaf and want a nice appearance, this is a truly beautiful system -- its just that its not worth a dime if you care about sound.
Gotta see if I can get them returned.. shoulda shopped Amazon.
