SANUS MF202-B1

Dec 21, 2007 - By Amazon Customer

I HAVE THIS IN THE BEDROOM WITH A 32" TOSHIBA LCD HANGING ON IT. VERY NICE THAT IT SWIVELS IN EVERY DIRECTION. I'M ABLE TO ANGLE IT A LITTLE TO THE WIFES SID OF THE BED AND CAN ANGLE IT UP WHEN I NEED TO GET TO THE HDMI INPUTS ON THE BACK OF TV. ONLY AGLES LIKE 20-30 DEGREES. IF YOU NEED ONE THAT DOES 45DEGREES, THEY SELL A MODEL THAT DOES THAT.

Sanus Systems MF202-B1

Easy to install however. The mount to the wall is sturdy and rigid, however you need someone to help you align the TV mounting bracket onto the wall. They need to improve the design.

Outstanding bracket

Apr 11, 2008 - By Whitebomber (Rochester NY)

This bracket met all my expectations, using it for a Toshiba 32 inch LCD. It's very easy to mount both on the wall and to the tv. Then it's simply a matter of sliding the two parts together. In reality you don't even need to use a level, because the bracket allows 360 degrees of swivel to the tv. It also has adapter brackets for most any application.

Great product and a great price!

A little mount easy to install

Apr 26, 2008 - By DrewNY001

Very easy to install and works fine. You hardly see it. Used it for a 30 lb TV and the small mount that was part of the kit. At first it scared me somewhat as it did not seem like it could hold on to the TV until I looked at how it actually grabs on. Essentially the TV part slips down in angled grooves in the wall part. There is a large screw you install in the bottom that prevents it from being pushed up and out by someone an unlikely event. This screw does the job but only slightly covers the edge that it rests on to prevent slipping up. I looked at this over an over until I convinced myself it indeed works, but I thing a large washer added might have made me feel a little better, but it is indeed solid. The lock washers that are used on the screws that go into the TV seemed soft and ended up just tearing off as I tightened the screws, This did not happen on another Sanus mount I used on the exact same model TV in another room. Maybe it was me tightening it to much, so use care.

The mount moves as advertised. To be honest with you, it is OK for a TV maybe 30-35 ibs, but I can't see myself being comfortable using it at the full weight of 60. I could have called SANUS and almost did but they were closed at the time. I am sure they know what they are doing but on the same model TV I had used a huge Sanus mount that went to 100 ibs for the 30 ib TV and that one to me seems so much more solid - and of course it was! But they are both still on the wall with only 2 bolts. (I was in drywall 2x4)

This mount is a bargain through AMAZON, I would not pay what Best Buy was asking which was more than double.

You can go to the Sanus site and download the manual/installation manual. By the way, the easiest way to install this is to determine which screws, washers, plate, and bolts you will be using and put all the other stuff aside (which is more than you will be using) so you do not see them.

Sanus Systems Mount Performs

Aug 8, 2008 - By Barry Gaines (Albuquerque, New Mexico)

The Sanus Systems MF202-B1 flat-screen TV mount was easy to install and works well. It allows the TV to hug the wall while providing opportunities for tilt and swivel. I am very pleased.
