Small, Simple, and Works Great!
(5 out of 5) by M. Dalrymple on Apr 21, 2007 (South Bend, IN USA) I Purchased an HDTV that I was told had two HDMI ports on it. Only to find when I got it home; that it had only one.
I needed one HDMI port for an upscaling DVD player, and an other for my Dish Network Vip622 HD receiver, So I was going to have to purchase a switch.
I purchased this switch based simply on price, since spending so much on everything else in one week (TV, DVD Player, HD Satellite upgrade). It being a manual "push button" switch wasn't and isn't a concern for me. If I'm using this switch to watch a DVD; I'm going to over to the cabinet to place the DVD in the player's tray anyway.
The switch works great with no visible or audible signal lose. Although the pictures of it make the thing look big and bulky, it's not. The switch box is roughly the size of two 100's cigarette packs placed side to side. With it being this small, it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
1. Great price.
2. Works Great; simply switches between two HDMI inputs (Audio & Video).
3. Small and compact.
4. If you have to go to the cabinet to place a disc in the tray anyway, you might as well save yourself some money, and buy a push button switch.

perfect solution for HDMI
(5 out of 5) by Coney on Aug 9, 2007 (VA USA)With one HDMI input on the TV and 2 HDMI devices (Satellite tv and DVD player) this switch box solved the problem . Unit works great and the HDMI cabel I got in the same shipment was less then $1. No need to buy the overpriced Monster cables. Also-- delivery by the 3rd party vendor was excellent

Excellent Product

Nicolosi on Nov 28, 2007This product works better than I expected!I had the same issue as most people, One HDMI input on the back of the TV (Toshiba 57" Projection) and two devices to plug in (Cable Box and DVD player).You will need three HDMI cables to make the connections.I ordered two cables (3ft. each),also from Amazon, at an unbeatable price,(around $2.00 each), and I already had one that was 6ft. I plugged everything into the device and everything worked great. There was no signal loss whatsoever!! I think the picture actually looks better than it did before!! Shipping was great too. I ordered it regular ground, and received it in FOUR day's! Excellent product, You will not be dissapointed!!!!!!

Great Product

Cheap and effective
(5 out of 5) by J. Laden on Aug 24, 2007This product does what it says it does for a cheap price. If the plastic push buttons last and don't become a problem then this was a 5 star deal.
