I've had this unit for a year now. I have had no problems with it. I put it in my RV. The video is good for both the rear view camera and movies. The price was also good. I would buy this again if I needed to.

I had bought the Jensen VM9312 from this seller and when i went to have it installed they said that everything was working fine except it wasn't putting out any audio. To be safe they had tested my speakers in case it was my speakers that were the problem, but they were fine. They had also tested the unit on other speakers but still no audio. So they had told me they had the Jensen VM9312HD in the store so i just had them install that one. Everything was working fine except on the drive home the motor in the screen stopped working. The unit still works but it stays open. If you can get a working one this is an amazing unit with good software. I'm still debating myself if i want to try another Jensen VM9312HD or if im going to try a different flip out unit. IDK third times a charm.

I got a big problem about the item sent to me. I ordered Jensen Vm9312 7-Inch Motorized Touch Screen Multimedia Receiver but instead I received Jensen VM9311ts. I really want the item I ordered. I even spent extra shipping for this item since you don't deliver to an FPO AP address and I had it delivered to my home address in the US and shouldered the additional shipping fee for delivering it to my current address. I'm very much disappointed and I won't order again from this vendor. You should review and double check the item first before sending to the consumer.

The product was as advertised and was at least 1/2 of the retail price in the brick and mortar stores that I checked, Thanks Amazon.

I just installed the Jensen Vm9312 in my car, and overall I am very impressed. For a sub-$400 unit it is very impressive. The screens image quality is very sharp, and the touch screen is responsive to even a slight touch. The inputs, and outputs all come in very handy too! I can even use my Motorola Q as an MP3 player using the 3.5mm jack on the auxilary port if I don't have my Ipod handy.

The only complaint I have with it is the poor sound processor, and very weak EQ. The highs are sharp on higher volume levels, and the mids are kind of weak, but there is next to no bass response at all. It was a big surprise when the sound quality from my factory stereo was more impressive than this unit.
