I just go it and did some experimenting (see photos). The material is pretty nice to the touch. I got the pink, nice color, blends with skin. Simple, light weight product. The wheel window does not exactly fit like the other reviewers said. It does have a plastic protector over it. I made some improvements to the bottom of the band since I wanted to plug in my radio/remote via the Dock connection (see photos). I was also able to push in the nano with a Jensen Crystal case on. Very tight fit but it worked.
Can work as a wristband if you cheat a little (see photos)

I bought two of these little numbers for my family iPod collection. They are for the 2G nano
Great little cases and they fit a variety of arm sizes. Note: these are after market, not original Apple.
The good news is that is doesn't matter and you save many $$ by going this route. Just buy a couple
to go with your extensive workout wardrobe. You deserve it baby!

Fits comfortably on my arm. My only problem with this item is that I run a lot and the band gets pretty stinky. I've tried washing it but it doesn't seem to help. Next time I would spend a little more to get something better.

This worked great, matches my blue nano and was much cheaper than the apple version. It doesn't get as sweaty or stinky as the band i had from apple for my first ipod. The band is flexible and soft and the velcro works well.

This was NOT the apple armband they advertised, it was a cheap foreign knockoff - I wish I had never bought it. Terrible misrepresentation of sold item. Buyer beware!!!
