I am rating the shipping. Still have not received TV
My Toshiba REGZA 32HL67U was shipped on Dec.31 and reached Las Vegas on 1/03. Las Vegas is only a two hour drive from me. When the tracking information showed it still in Las Vegas after two days I started calling CEVA Technologies, who has bought out Eagle. I made several phone calls before anyone would even look into the matter for me. I just kept being told that they didn't know why my TV was still sitting in Las Vegas and they would have someone call me back. No one ever did. Today I called again and I finally got someone to set up a delivery date for me....two days from now! By then my TV will have been in Las Vegas for nearly a week! To me that is totally unacceptable. I wish now that I had bought the TV elsewhere. I have no idea what condition it will be in when it finally arrives. I am posting this just so people will be aware of what they may run into with this delivery service.
Update:
I finally received the TV...after it sat in Las Vegas for a week. Someone form CEVA Marketing & Communications finally called me and apologized for the delay in delivery. He told me that the deliveryman for this area kept calling off work and instead of calling someone else in to deliver they just let it sit there. He agreed that was not acceptable and also apologized that no one had returned my calls. The day it was actually delivered the normal deliveryman didn't show up yet again, but this time they actually called someone else to make the delivery. The man that actually made the delivery was very nice and very professional. He carried the TV into the room that I wanted it in, unboxed it, set it where it was to go and plugged it in to make sure that it would come on. From my experience and the experience of others that I have heard about Eagle's (CEVA) problems seem to be with the final delivery hubs and this is where they need to greatly improve. I would advise anyone tracking their order to start calling as soon as the order reaches the delivery hub and to keep calling if needed until you get the order. That being said, I love the TV. It looked pretty good right out of the box, and now that I have tweaked the settings it really looks wonderful! This set has many settings that can be tweaked to your liking. The AVS forums has a whole thread on these sets that can help with that: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=835924&highlight=Toshiba+REGZA+32HL67U
I am using the HDMI hookup and have not had any problems at all.

HORRIBLE PRE-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I was comparison shopping for this unit, and wanted to know any significant design variations throughout the product line. Budget vs mid-level vs high-end.
So I called Toshiba for clarification. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, and easily answered my questions.
I began reading the 32HL67U description, and discovered several specifications for the audio output were overlooked on Toshiba's web site. So, I called Toshiba again for further clarification.
This time, I felt like I was playing Stump-the-Dummy. I was amazed the customer service representative couldn't even answer the simple question, "What type of audio out jack is used?" I began to wonder if he could even comprehend what I was asking. So after rephrasing the question several times, I asked to speak with someone else, and stated we (he and I) were not communicating effectively. The customer service representative had the audacity to tell me "I wasn't speaking effectively!" I was completely taken by suprise with his rude comment, but quickly responded with an appropriate reply.
The third time I called back to speak with a supervisor. I was denied! The customer service representative stated I would have to divulge my identity and contact information before a supervisor would even consider talking to me. So I gave fictitious information, and was told it wasn't good enough because it didn't "seem" real.
In my opinion, Toshiba has deplorable customer service, and this incident definitely cost them my business!
A reasonalbe person would have to wonder, if Toshiba's customer service is rude and useless BEFORE the sale, then how bad is it AFTER the sale? ...that is, once they have your money!
To be fair, the 32HL67U most likely has some good points, as evidenced by the 5-Star reviews.
PS. The audio out is fixed Dolby Digital 5.1 via an optical jack. ;-)
Hope this helps!

Not what I thought
The TV is good, however it does not have the quality that I thought. No DVD inside. If you want to use it as a PC monitor, it does not support high definition image (1280 x 800). If you don't bother with those things, it is a nice TV for a 720p
