UPS called, delivered the TV to my residence. It was well packed and the box showed no damage. No problem. (they did not bring it in my house,unpack it, remove packing material and check the tv for damage). However, had the box shown any damage I would not have accepted it! It is difficult at least to try and collect damages on an item damaged in shipping.
Oh yah, the TV. First impressions are good. Satisfied with the picture quality. Lots of options. Only problem was their set up mode. Quite clumsy and time consuming. It took hours to program in chanels etc. I am not sure if all new sets don't have the same issue.

This tv is worth the price and is a good tv. It does have a decent picture with basic cable and looks great for a 720p with HD content. It also does pick up a good bit of extra channels such as digital channels and movie channels that you can't get on a normal tv. Its not the best tv but for its price its really great.

Great TV - lousy delivery. UPS made it almost impossible to take delivery requiring in person signature and never coming when they said they would - I was home for 2 consecutive days and my wife took a half day off to no avail. It was finally delivered 10 days after it arrived in the 'local' office which was 40 miles away.

I ordered my tv on December 12 and was supposed to receive it on December 20. Needless to say, the tv never came. I called Eagle time and time again and they have given me nothing but the run around and not once have they returned any of my calls. The tv was supposed to be a Christmas present but thanks to Eagle that never happened. I will be calling Amazon to get another tv or a refund tomorrow. And this will be the third time that I have called them.

Bought this because ConsumerReports rating implies
32" has better picture than the larger size.
Toshiba in the 32" size category is one of 4 or 5 best on the market.
Yes, the picture is great. YES, GREAT PICTURE.

The built in TUNER is terrible. Am I one of the few that uses the TV tuner from these LCD HDTV?? The signal gave me snow, and lines.
Is that Analog's drawback ?
I suspect the tuner is ANALOG and NOT digital. as required by law.
When a digital tuner
cannot get a good signal, the picture is stops or drops out.

To get a signal, I had to use the signal from the Samsung HDTV tuner sold here at Amazon.
I am going to write to make a complaint.

Should have bought an Olevia, from Target with the 3 year warranty at Target.
