Great for small spaces

Nov 27, 2007 - By C. Francis

I'm a tall guy with limited workspace at my home desk; this was basically the perfect product. I would prefer that it actually be a bit higher, but the stand itself could easily be placed atop a stack of books if need be. Very sturdy too! I have an old wide screen Dell laptop, and this stand supports it very well. Finally, the shelf/keyboard holder in the front is perfect for holding your keyboard when not in use OR books or papers you're writing from

good for a small space

Jun 2, 2007 - By SADowd (Brooklyn, NY)

This stand was the ideal solution for a cramped desk space, with a smaller footprint than anything else I could find. It holds a Dell Latitude 13" laptop quite securely, and has a clean look and solid feel.

Love it so far!

Sep 16, 2007 - By D. Chan (Philly, PA)

Like some has said already, it's great for a compact space. The design is also ideal for maximum heat dissipation. It looks sleek, is sturdy, and can prop up my keyboard so that I have more space. I can't find anything wrong with it!

A nifty item that didn't work for me

Jan 18, 2008 - By Leslie M (Upstate NY , USA)

This is an ingenious, sturdy and inexpensive notebook stand that has a place to store a full keyboard when not in use so it's not taking up a lot of space. The only problem for me is that the screen ends up too high for good viewing with bifocals. An adjustable stand would probably have been a better option for me. I'd highly recommend it if the height is right for the purchaser.
