When I purchased this item from Amazon.com, it was the lowest price I found for 20" Widescreen LCD - Name Brand - on the Web. I sacrificed one inch and got a 19" instead. I have not had any problems with the unit since my purchase. The monitor was very easy to install (Windows recognized it automatically). The only thing one needs to do after install is to right-click the Windows Desktop and set the monitor to the highest resolution (1440 x 900), as the monitor did not do this automatically, or use the buttons on the monitor to go into the Menu and select "Auto Adjust." This monitor has dual inputs (DVI and VGA).

Very nice monitor with a wide screen, great for watching movies. My daughter is using it a college and thus far it has been great with no problems.

Perfect for me. Compact, but large display. Easy no non-sense straight forward controls. Good slim looks. Wonderful color presentation great fidelity and sharpness all at a very reasonable tab. "Consumer Reports" had it right from the get go. The best value you can buy!
