Easy to setup and ready to use

Upon receiving the modem, I opened the box and set up the whole wireless system in five minutes. Literally it took my five minutes. I thought it was a very well-packaged product by the manufacturer. Also, modem itself is a small and cute looking one. I have been using for five days and haven't seen connection drop. Security setup was easy to follow. After my old D-link modem, I believe I made the right and cute modem decision with this particular product.

Extremely Happy
(5 out of 5) by Benjamin Yurman-Glaser on Apr 27, 2008 (San Francisco, CA)This router is very easy to install. I had trouble with Windows Vista, but customer service was helpful and there was no wait. I don't know how quick it is compared to others, but I'm not a techy and it seems fine to me.
It was less expensive than the routers at my local computer store...very happy with my purchase.

What a piece of crap
(1 out of 5) by myeviltwin on Jan 12, 2009Slow and flaky at the best of times, this router's problems only increase when more computers attempt to join the wireless network. Once I had four wireless clients (2 mac & 2 PC) things ground to a halt completely. The router would randomly stop responding and would need to be rebooted every few minutes. I'm throwing this piece of junk out with the garbage and buying a Linksys.
