I think because of that, the way we feel about the phone is tainted. We do like that it no longer picks up the static from the microwave.

I spend countless hours on confrence calls when I work from home and this answers the needs that I had which were excellent range, great clarity, mute, speakerphone, battery life. I couldn't be happier with this choice.
