this one packs a big BOOOM!!! i love this unit, it is dust cheap in relation to similar competitors with respect to power. as for reliability...... 10 months and going strong, very strong. i have it under very low Recaro seats and it is still cool enough. i admit i am not a professional competitor in the field but all my friends are impressed after they spent a lot more to sound the same. as for the feel.....the speakers are in the trunk and your chest literally resonates up in the front seat! key thing to remember is that all the links in the chain have to be in phase and strong. i use this unit to push two 10 inch pioneers subs and they give a real thump to my hip-hop and sweetly balance my R&B / Soft Rock at the bottom end. can i say it again, i am really pleased. the improved sound quality was more than worth the money. if you do like music a lot you should have a amp & sub added, even if you are using the crappy factory door speakers......you'll appreciate the difference. this is a top quality gadget at less than budget price, you can't lose. again i don't think this could win any competition, but it will make you sitting up front smile a lot more.
