Easy to use and the battery last about 4 hours in a single charge. Connectin to the satellite is a little slow at first, but after a software update it's not a problem anymore. I am not to crazy about the bluetooth, I have a blue tooth headset that's better....:)
Putting extra software is a little tricky because it's a refurbished item and I had to call the tech support because the unit ID in the box is different than the one on the device help menu. I haven't tried the gas price notification update yet, but I am going too.
Overall is a great GPS for the price and very user friendly.

Programming a nightmare

I gave it to my husband for a Christmas gift and he has had nothing but one headache after another with it. Sorry, but I would not buy it again even if I could get it for $10.

The answer to that is holding the reset button with a pin. sometimes the device could take up to a minute or so to load up when powered on. Other than that its pretty accurate.

MY BRAND NEW CELL PHONE CANNOT PAIR WITH IT. YOU MUST HAVE A PHONE THAT THE BLUETOOTH SETTINGS CAN BE CHANGED TO "ALWAYS OPEN" I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE HANDS FREE KIT. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FLAT GARMIN HAD I KNOWN THIS!!!!!! DON'T BUY WITHOUT CALLING COMPANY FIRST FOR COMPATIBITY
