This adapter does work for up to 6" speakers in Honda Ridgeline -- I know, because I used them in all four doors. However, if your speaker has tabs that extend out beyond their own outer ring there is nothing on this adapter to screw into. In that case, you'll need to screw directly into the door sheet metal, using the adapter as a spacer. If the speaker has an open ring, and the cone does not extend to the very outside edge -- these work just great!

This is a good speaker adapter,but it will not fit 6" front or back speaker for Honda Ridgeline. You can try smaller speaker size 5"1/2 may be it will fit.
