I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this seemingly large and bulky bag actually feels. The lumbar supports almost massage your back when you carry it in backpack configuration. It also has a way of pulling your shoulders back, so you stand straighter. In addition to ergonomic benefits, the bag simply has a lot going for it in the way of storage space. The computer compartment itself is nicely padded and accessible. The main compartment can hold more gear, books, files, you name it. The strap, once you figure it out, switches from backpack to over-the-shoulder messenger bag in a second (almost literally). The plastic clasps are a dream -- they snap firmly and quickly into place and can be unclasped with minimal effort.

I've had several different laptop bags, briefcase and backpack style, this is the best of both worlds.
The convertible strap really is quickly convertible.
The light colored interior makes it easy to find things and there are plenty of pockets to help organize.
