Simply breathtaking picture combined with the very stylish design makes this a win win. At a recent party guests would walk in and gasp at the beauty and clarity of the picture. I LOVE this television!

Got this in time for Superbowl. Picture quality for HD is amazing, although I did notice some jagged edges when action scenes switches fast. I assume this has to do with my cable HD signal. Played some reference quality DVDs and it looks awesome, can't wait to play bluray or HD-DVD. Standard channel are so-so, the DRC does try its best, but a lot of times there's just not enough data to always paint a pretty picture. My unit doesn't have the so called "clouds", guess I took a risk and got lucky.

TV has plenty of adjustments available, but it can't seem to detect 1080i signal vs. 480i from my cable box when I switch channels from regular to HD. So for standard, I like using the normal wide mode, but for HD, I like to fill the entire screen so I use zoom for wide mode. I wish it can auto-detect this and adjust accordingly. Again, maybe this has to do with my cable box.

It is worth the money if you like quality picture and sound. Bravo Sony
