I like it

(4 out of 5) by Rose on Jun 2, 2008 (Tiverton, RI)
I use this from the couch and it works good. I like the trackball connected to it and on the left side the scrolling dial is nice too. I had the usb laser connected in the back but had to bring it to the front for it to work better. The cursor does go into sleep mode, but I just click enter and it comes right back. I bought another one for backup and also one for a friend. You wouldn't want to try and speed type but the keys work fairly well. The batteries lasted me six months. There's not many wireless that have all these features on the keyboard. I don't like the touchpads so this one has been working out good so far.

Exactly what we needed

(4 out of 5) by M. Anthony on Apr 20, 2008
I purchased Adesso Wireless Mini for my wife because of the limited space on her pull-out keyboard tray and it has been exactly what she needed. She does not use the trackball or the integrated mouse buttons as we purchased a wireless mouse to go along with this. There are a few differences from a standard width keyboard (e.g., the key spacing) but the transition has been quick and easy. I'd also say that the build quality of the Adesso exceeds some of the other units we've seen on the market. The set-up was easy and flawless and I'd recommend this keyboard to anyone needing a compact unit.

Great Media Center Keyboard

(5 out of 5) by Gavin C. Chmielewski on Jun 18, 2007 (Travis AFB)
I bought this keyboard for my Media Center computer. I use this about 20-50ft away from the computer and it works great. I love this keyboard. It has trigger button on the right side on the top of the keyboard and the left side has a clickable scroll wheel. It also has power keys on the top that Sync with perfectly with vista. The keyboard came with 4 AA batteries and has an indicator light for low batteries. The track ball works get I thought it would be awkward but it feels very intuitive. This keyboard is the best thing I have ever bought on-line. I posted some pictures, I hope they help.

Poor product quality, worse support

(1 out of 5) by R. Sieron on Feb 4, 2009
When I first received the product I was very pleased with its usability. The layout with the trackball and mouse keys is great. However, I could never use it to login, in would only work once I had logged into my Windows XP Pro system. After about two weeks it stopped working entirely - would not sync up between the keyboard and the receiver. I tried it on 3 computers using two different operating systems, none worked.
I then tried contacting Adesso. My email was returned with useless instructions to check the FAQ or chat or call. I had already checked the FAQ. I repeatedly tried to chat and call during posted support hours and neither would respond.
I returned it to [...]- they were great about the return.

Cheap Junk

Bluetooth stops picking up frequently, and this thing EATS batteries. Uses 4 AA batteries which last about 2 weeks.
