I have given these guys the benefit of the doubt a couple of times now. But it always seems to happen on a deadline, late night or early morning, and I'm having to switch out an ink cartridge and one of theirs just will not work properly. This is bad enough, but then I have to find myself at Wal-Mart (yak!), since they are the only place open in these wee hours, so that I can meet the deadline. I'm not saving enough money here to go through that anymore. And the leaking yellow ink all over my shirt was a just another drop in the bucket... No pun intended. If anyone has another refilled cartridge supplier they can recommend, I'm all ears. But I'm going new-style until further notice. Sorry guys.

Ordered this for my mother's HP Deskjet because the price was good with free delivery. Arrived very quickly, installed with no problems, quality was fine. Would definitely repeat the purchase next time I need ink.
