Better than my $6k home setup

(5 out of 5) by reef7 on Feb 27, 2008 (San Jose, CA)
I was not going to get it since I bought the Shure E4 recently. After some thoughts I bought it on Amazon and it was an unbelievable sounding headphone. Too bad I could not demo it anywhere or I could have gotten it a long time ago. The next task is to convert everything to over 200Kbps since 128Kbps decoding does not cut it. I could tell it's more muddy at 128Kps. Life is too short, go spend your hard earn money on this and remember to thank me later. what does it sounds like? Go demo a $20k speaker/amp setup at your hifi dealer. This earphone sounds similar to that.

The Ultimate Ear Experience

(5 out of 5) by THOR on Apr 14, 2007 (Virginia)
I got the UE 5 Pro earphones and was extremely happy. But then Ultimate Ears came out with the Triple.fi 10 Pro and I thought, if the 5 Pro sounds this good, this 10 Pro must be something special. Well, the 10 Pro is more than special. These are the most amazing music reproduction pieces I have ever heard. I am more than impressed and more than pleased. All of my music sounds better. All of my sources seem like they are new. And the UE service is truly wonderful. A company that others may want to emulate. Thank you UE for a truly outstanding product that "is" everything you said it would be.

Product is great -Ultimate Ears Customer Support Non-Exsistent

(3 out of 5) by Big John on Mar 13, 2008 (Anchorage, AK)
Recently attempted to obtain custom ear pieces for the UE Triple.Fi 10 that I purchased in November. Local audiologist informed me that Westone, their supplier of custom ear pieces had a falling out with Ultimate Ears and would not manufacture custom pieces for Ultimate Ears sets. Called and left 3 messages over 10 days with Ultimate Ears Customer Service to discuss how to obtain custom ear pieces for their product. I could not get the basic courtesy of a return phone call. I now have a Shure SE530 on order as Westone (and the local audiologist) is happy to work with Shure (and most everyone else).

Sound Great, Too Big

(2 out of 5) by Pet Lover on May 27, 2008 (san jose, ca United States)
I found these to be great on sound, but too large to enjoy. They also fall out frequently. I returned them and went for a Weston UM2 model.
